What Is the Network Positioning API v1?
The HERE Network Positioning API v1 enables developers to build applications that require location estimates based on radio network measurement data. The supported measurement data includes 2G, 3G, 4G and WLAN measurements.
Usage of this API requires familiarity with the relevant cellular and WLAN technologies, especially the elements describing any particular cell or access point.
