What Is the Network Positioning API v1?

The HERE Network Positioning API v1 enables developers to build applications that require indoor or outdoorlocation estimates based on radio network measurement data. The supported measurement data includes 2G, 3G, 4G, Bluetooth and WLAN measurements.

It also supports enhancing the Positioning availability and quality by contributing WLAN and cellular measurement data.

Usage of this API requires familiarity with the relevant cellular, Bluetooth, and WLAN technologies, especially the elements describing any particular cell or access point.
