Platform Status web page
The Platform Status page is a web application that displays the following information:
- Real time status information for HERE Location services and applications at a granular API level
- Historical system performance information
- Scheduled service and maintenance plans
Accessing the Platform Status web page
You can access the Platform Status web page without a HERE platform account. Go to: https://status.here.com/status
If you have a HERE platform account, you can login to use Platform Status functionality. Go to: You can access the Platform Status web page without a HERE platform account. Go to: https://platform.here.com/ and navigate within the HERE platform to the "(?) Support" section. Click the Platform status option.
Platform Status Notifications
With logged-in (authenticated) access you can also configure Platform Status notifications. From your avatar on the top right of the page, select "Profile" and then Platform status. You have the option to receive email notifications for selected service events.
Using the Platform Status web page
The page has three tabbed sections:
- Current status: status of all HERE services for the current day and past six days. Icons display specific status information as shown in the key at the top of the page.
- Status history: detailed status history that can be filtered by event type.
- Scheduled maintenance: list of scheduled and completed maintenance.
