Get the list of supported invite targets for the realm. An invite target determines what application a user is directed to use in the invitation email. The value "platform" is available by default in every realm. Additional supported values are available depending on the realm's configuration.

Access Control:

• The calling principal must have "manageInvites" action permission for the resource "{realm}" in the "account" service.
• The calling principal MUST NOT include a project scope.
