HERE Geofencing API v8 allows you to check whether an asset position falls within or near geometries from HERE Map Content layers or custom fence layers.
The API supports single-point queries via GET and batch multi-asset queries via POST.
Custom fence layers (points, polylines, polygons) can be uploaded in the WKT or Shapefile file formats and managed incrementally.
Results include the matched geometry, distance to the nearest shape point, and any requested layer attributes.
