HERE Waypoints Sequence API v8 allows you to find the optimal visit order for up to 200 destinations, solving the Travelling Salesman Problem.
The API returns the ordered sequence with per-leg travel times, distances, and estimated arrival and departure times at each stop.
Each destination can carry constraints such as:
- Service times
- Appointment windows
- Access hours
- Ordering dependencies
Route calculation respects truck restrictions, driver rest time regulations, fixed break slots, and EV charging overhead.
Waypoints located close together can be clustered automatically to improve sequencing accuracy.
