How to create a new ADZ space
ADZ spaces are created for your organization by HERE. An organization can contain multiple ADZ spaces.
Note the following requirements when using ADZ spaces:
- Only registered HERE platform users can access an ADZ space.
- There is no data overlap permitted between any ADZ spaces. Data used in one ADZ space will not necessarily be available in another, even within the same organization.
- ADZ space attribute sets cannot be modified after they are configured during the initial setup of the space. To alter any attribute in the attribute set, the entire set must be recreated.
ADZ spaces are ready to use immediately after being created.
User management
A user can only join an ADZ space if:
- They have an active HERE account
- They belong to the organization that owns the ADZ space
- They are listed in the space-users platform group
When a user joins an ADZ group, their initial Action role is Viewer. An admin can then grant them an action role with access to a higher number of actions.
Any changes to a user's permissions may require 24 hours to take effect.
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Super admin | The highest-level role, with the ability to assign or revoke admin permissions from other users. |
| Admin | A user who can grant, edit, and revoke the action rules available to other users. |
| User | General user type. Users can only use actions permitted for the Action Role assigned to them. Users can be assigned to multiple Action Roles. |
How to update a user's action role
To update a user's role, click the User Management icon on the lefthand panel.
From here, you can edit a user's action roles, available actions, and management role type.
