How to prepare to use indoor maps

To prepare to use indoor maps, the following must happen:

1. Your Account Executive at HERE must set your organization up on the HERE platform after the contract has been signed. Your organization must have the HERE Platform Base Plan enabled to use HERE Indoor Maps.
2. Your organization representative receives an invitation to the organization via email.
3. The invitation must be accepted to gain access to the organization on the HERE platform.

After your successful login, you must invite the HERE Indoor Map Admin to the organization.

To invite the HERE Indoor Map Admin to the organization:

1. Sign in to the HERE platform using your HERE account.
2. Open the Access Manager from the launcher.
3. Select the Users tab.
4. Click Invite new users and then invite [email protected] to the organization. After the HERE Indoor Map Admin has accepted the invite, you must make the invited user an Org Admin.

To make the invited user an Org Admin:

1. Open the Access Manager from the launcher.
2. Select the Users tab.
3. Locate the HERE Indoor Map Admin from the list of users.
4. Click the ellipses (...) to the right of the HERE Indoor Map Admin and make the HERE Indoor Map Admin an Org Admin.
