Incident priority
Incident priorities are as follows:
- Priority 1 - Critical: (Referred to as "outages" on the Platform Status page.) Service wide interruption that makes a core functionality wholly inaccessible, or an interruption causing a severe impact on HERE Service’s standard operation, where the urgency of resolution is critical.
- Priority 2 - High: (Referred to as “Degradation” on the Platform Status page.) A priority interruption causing a core functionality of the HERE Service to become degraded or interrupted or causing a moderate impact on its standard operation.
- Priority 3 - Moderate: A low impact degradation or reduction of non-core functionality of one or more of the Standard Operations of the HERE Service, where resolution urgency is low. Priority 3 incidents are not included in the Platform Status page.
