Staypoint prediction

Staypoints are points where a vehicle stops. At such places, gaps can be introduced to increase the anonymity without loosing too much valuable data. Data at staypoints is usually less valuable because as it has no speed value. However, it can still reveal significant identifiable information.

When staypoint prediction is enabled, the algorithm tries to predict where a stop is likely to happen. This helps the split and gap algorithm to correctly apply the gaps.
