Creating device licenses with vendors

Device licenses can only be created by a vendor. A vendor is a member of a project which has an evaluation or paid commercial plan with HERE, and which has been enabled for device license creation. Plans can be enabled via your HERE support contact.

Vendor project members have no access to the data generated by the device, as that is securely limited to the owner project associated with the device.
