EU	Rain expected to continue for at least two hours and to give at least 15 mm within a 3-hour period or, following previous heavy rain events, 25mm/day. Warnings may be triggered by thunderstorms (warning will state this if expected).
CA	A Rainfall Warning is issued when heavy or prolonged rainfall is sufficient to cause local or widespread flooding or flash floods. Rainfall of 50 mm or more within 24 hours or less.
JP	Issued when serious disasters are expected to occur due to heavy rain.
