HERE WeGo Pro Live Tracking backend API

Use the HERE WeGo Pro Live Tracking backend API to confirm driver tracking status and retrieve the latest live tracking data for your organization.

While a driver uses the HERE WeGo Pro app, the app sends the driver's location and destination ETA to the HERE WeGo Pro backend every 5 minutes by default. You can use this collected data to generate reports about truck fleet activity.

The backend API returns:

• Tracked devices in the organization
• Associated user information, such as email address, HERE account ID, and subscription key
• Last known location
• ETAs for upcoming stops, when available

Live Tracking isn't included in the standard HERE WeGo Pro license. To request access, contact HERE through HERE WeGo Pro.
