Roamings Response
The Roamings structure contains the response to requests against the roamings resource. The top-level XML element is called roamings.

partner_id | String | 1 | The unique and stable id for the e-Mobility Service Provider provided by the HERE platform. The partner_id should be used to filter the evSations endpoint by eMSP. |
ema_id | String | * | The unique E-Mobility Account Identifier (eMA ID) for a provider. It is created by HERE's platform by combining the country code where the charging station is located, and the party id of the provider. For example, NL-ECO. |
