Manage your user account

Be aware of the following before making changes to your user account:

  • You can only update email addresses by contacting an admin in your organization who can initiate an invitation to your new email address.
  • You can reactivate a deactivated user account by signing in again with the same credentials.
  • You can't recover a deleted user account.
  • Be sure to click Save to confirm your changes.
  • Sign out by clicking the Sign out button at the bottom of the page.

A profile stores all the details of your platform user account.

To view or edit your user account profile:

  1. Sign in to the HERE platform.
  2. Click the user account icon which displays your initials.
  3. Click your name, and then click Account settings.
  4. Review and modify your personal information as needed.
  5. Click Save.

The Account info section allows you to view, but not modify:

  • Organization ID
  • Email address

You can only update your email address by contacting an admin in your organization, who can then initiate the process for changing it.

You can change the following information in your user account:

  • Password
  • Receive relevant updates settings
  • Deactivate your user account

Always click Save to confirm your changes.

Note the following when making changes to your user account:

  • You can reactivate a deactivated user account by logging again with the same credentials.
  • You can't recover a deleted user account.
