File Formats
Each file is an ISO-8859-1 (Latin-1) or UTF-8 (Unicode) tab delimited file. Each of the files contains a header and termination record.
The following table lists the content and format of each file.

| Phonetic Language | Character | Column D | 3-letter Phonetic Language Code indicated for the Phonetic Text. |
