Rules

• Y (Yes): Indicates that this is the preferred phonetic transcription. "Y" is applied to one Phonetic Transcription entry for each Plain Text entry for a particular Phonetic Language.
• No (N): Inciates that this is not the preferred phonetic transcription. "N" is applied to all other transcriptions of the entry.
