Topology reference types for lane attributes

In the Lane Model, attributes reference lanes in the following ways:

• Lane Parametric Range: Applies to the parametric range of a lane, as designated by starting and ending parametric fractions (between 0 and 1, inclusive) on the associated lane.
• Lane Parametric Point: Applies to a single point along a lane, as designated by as parametric distance (between 0 and 1, inclusive) from the lane's start.
• Lane Boundary Parametric Range: Applies to the parametric range of a lane boundary, as designated by the starting and ending length fractions (between 0 and 1, inclusive) on the associated lane boundary.
• Lane Group Parametric Range: Applies to the parametric range of a lane group, as designated by the starting and ending length fractions (between 0 and 1, inclusive) of the associated lane group.
