Administrative-area-wide restrictions

Administrative-area-wide restrictions are derived from traffic regulations that apply to whole administrative areas, such as countries or states. Such restrictions include weight and height restrictions or combinations thereof, can additionally have applicable axle counts, and can be time-dependent. Violations of such restrictions are reported as section notices with an info severity level.
