EV truck routing coverage
EV truck routing is available for heavy commercial vehicles in select European countries, depending on DC fast-charging infrastructure availability.
Supported countries
The following countries support EV truck routing for trucks with vehicle[grossWeight] > 4500 kg:
- Germany
- Netherlands
- Belgium
- Luxembourg
- Denmark
- Sweden
- Switzerland
- Austria
- Liechtenstein
- Norway
Use transportMode=truck, vehicle[grossWeight] > 4500, and ev[makeReachable]=true to request EV truck routes in these countries.
What determines availability
The availability and quality of EV truck routing in a country depends on:
- Truck road network coverage: The country must support truck routing (see Truck routing).
- DC fast-charging infrastructure: Sufficient truck-accessible DC charging stations must be available across the road network.
