minimizeDistance and minimizeDuration objectives are being used
- Waiting time now impacts start time of activities. An activity start time will start after waiting time.
- For the jobs in relation type
tour, constraints are generally not checked so that the behavior is consistent with the other relation types. However, still there is no guarantee that all jobs specified in the relation can be assigned.
- For the same running time, in most cases better solutions can be obtained with the current release compared to the previous release.
