Browse available manufacturers

Use the /makes endpoint to identify which manufacturers (such as Tesla, BMW, or Mercedes) are available, together with the corresponding unique manufacturer IDs that are needed for subsequent API calls.

Request example

The following snippet shows how to list the available EV car makes:

Additional available parameters include:

  • offset: Specifies the starting position of the results (default is 0).
  • limit: Defines the maximum number of items to return. The accepted range for this parameter is between 1 and 100.

To retrieve manufacturer name by its corresponding ID, use the /makes/{makeId} endpoint, as shown in the following example:

Next steps

  1. Save the ID of the target manufacturer for subsequent retrieval of a profileId. For example, when targeting Renault, the corresponding unique identifier is renault.
