Get a HERE account

Obtain access to the HERE platform through your organization administrator's invitation or contact us to get started.

• If your company has already established a HERE platform organization, contact your organization admin who can invite you to join the organization.
• If your company hasn’t established a HERE platform organization yet, contact us.

Note

Traffic Analytics is only available to users 21 years and older. Please ensure that your HERE account profile includes a birth date matching this requirement.

Sign in to the website

To use the Traffic Analytics website, navigate to Traffic Analytics URL.

Your HERE account email must be the same email address that you supplied when you licensed Traffic Analytics. This is also the email address where you receive notifications when your data is ready.
