Speed percentile values for Traffic Analytics

Your query results file can also include speed percentile values, which is another way of understanding the distribution of probe speeds for a road segment in each epoch. Choose any combination of percentile buckets from 5% to 95% in 5% increments. For example, you might choose 25%, 50%, and 75%, to get the quartile and median speeds. Speeds are in kph, expressed with one decimal place.
