Traffic Analytics concepts

Traffic Analytics covers the same roads as HERE Real-Time Traffic, and offers up to five years of history. New data is generally processed the next day, and available the day after that.

Traffic Analytics references the TMC road network, or optionally, to the higher-precision HERE Map using road link IDs: LINK_ID or HERE PVID. To access the geometry of road segments, you need a separate map database (for example, NAVSTREETS, or RDF). Traffic Analytics doesn't provide information on the location of road segments.
