Service Level Agreement for Traffic Analytics

Like any other service provided through cloud solutions, Traffic Analytics has its own limitations in terms of latency and elasticity. While we monitor the number of requests, customers must adhere to the following rules to ensure the availability of the service to all users.

Avoid concurrent downloads, where multiple download requests are simultaneously sent. Traffic Analytics typically takes two days to compile, meaning the freshest data available is two days old.
