Speed limit in the query response

When the speed limit on the road segment in the HERE Map is available, meaning it's verified, it's provided in this field, in kph. The field may be empty if the speed limit for the road isn't known. If the road segment’s speed limit changes across its length, this field provides the distance-weighted mean speed limit across the whole segment. This happens only for TMC-coded segments, since HERE Map links normally break at speed limit changes.
