Admin table (Admin)
The Admin table contains information about each administrative area record within the HERE administrative hierarchy for the coverage area. It also describes the relationship between different administrative levels.

| ADMIN_PLACE_ID | Integer (4) | Unique ID for the area. The ADMIN_PLACE_ID associates the Administrative Area polygon to its corresponding administrative hierarchy entry described in the administrative area metadata table. |
| ADMIN_TYPE | Integer (4) | Defines the administrative level applicable to the entries in the administrative area metadata table.

| GOVERNMENT_CODE | Integer (4) | Identifies the government code of the administrative area. Official codes align with Government Codes if available, otherwise HERE generates the Government Codes. |

| COUNTRY_NAME | String (100) | The country name. |
| COUNTRY_LANGUAGE_CODE | String (3) | The 3 character MARC language code for the country name. |

| ORDER1_ID | Integer (4) | The Order1 ID is the ADMIN_PLACE_ID of the Order1 Area in the administrative hierarchy for this record. |
| ORDER1_NAME | String (100) | The name of the Order1 administrative area in the administrative hierarchy for this record. |
| ORDER1_NAME_ABBREV | String (50) | The abbreviated name of the Order1 administrative area in the administrative hierarchy for this record. |
