Language info fields
Across the globe, a standard method for handling language is common with NAME type fields in the local language and a LANGUAGE_CODE field. In addition, there is a NAME_LATIN field as well as a LANGUAGE_CODE_LATIN field that describes the Latin_1 language code supplied by HERE for the feature.
The NAME field is normally used for labeling in VTPK files. If the NAME supplied by HERE is in a non-Latin character set, such as Arabic or Cyrillic, then the best Latin character set equivalent is in NAME_LATIN.
For instances such as Canada, USA, and Mexico, the LANGUAGE_CODE and LANGUAGE_CODE_LATIN are normally identical, using ENG for Canada and USA, and ESP for Mexico. However, in the Canadian Province of Quebec, FRE is normally the LANGUAGE_CODE and LANGUAGE CODE_LATIN, although some features do have LANGUAGE_CODE_LATIN set to ENG.
