Vector tile packages

Both color and grayscale vector tile packages (VTPK) come with HERE GIS Data Suite. You can load the vector tile packages directly into the ArcGIS Pro® project as a basemap or publish to ArcGIS Enterprise® or ArcGIS Online®.

The grayscale VTPK is a solution from customers who want a more neutral basemap.
