Mobile area neighbours table (Mobile_Area_Neighbours)

The Mobile_Area_Neighbours table provides the unique IDs of all mobile area features that are adjacent to each mobile area, and indicates where a serving tower observes neighbouring cellular tower signals.

Field name	Data type	Description
ISO_CODE	Char (3)	An ISO country code indicating the country containing the segment. For example, AUS for Australia.
ID	Char (100)	A unique, permanent identifier from HERE used to identify a specific cellular area polygon.
ID_NEIGHBOUR	Char (100)	A unique, permanent identifier from HERE used to identify a specific Cellular Area polygon that neighbors the first polygon.
