Category segment feature class (Category_Segment)
The Category_Segments feature class contains carrier specific data on overlapping road segments. Records include high, median, and low strength values of availability and the technology specific to that road segment as applicable to a specific carrier, including signal frequency and the common name for the interface.

| LINK_ID | Integer (4) | The unique identifier of a topology segment associated with a core map link, such as >215373976 |
| PERCENT_TOPOLOGY_SEGMENT_START | Double (8) | The percent of the segment where the attribute starts based on the reference node, such as 0.392103. |
| PERCENT_TOPOLOGY_SEGMENT_END | Double (8) | The percent of the segment where the attribute ends based on the reference node, such as 1. |
| ISO_CODE | Char (3) | Three letter ISO code indicating the country containing the segment. For example, FRA for France. |
| TIMESTAMP | Date (8) | Date of source file creation, formatted as (dd/mm/yyyy). |
| OPTIMAL_STRENGTH | Char (15 characters) | Network strength indicated by the highest quality RSSI available per segment. Available values are:
