Black spots feature class (BlackSpots)
Sites referenced in the BlackSpots feature class have a proven history of vehicle crashes. Where the feature class lists a black spot in multiple conditions with multiple road names meeting at the same node, the LINK_ID and street_name for this feature come from the street segment with the lowest functional class.
