Introduction to HERE GIS Data Suite

HERE GIS Data Suite provides more than 75 geospatial datasets preconfigured for use in ArcGIS Pro®. Datasets are updated quarterly and include data for transportation planning, asset management, logistics, and related use cases.

HERE GIS Data Suite includes the following:

• Pre-symbolized map layers ready for immediate use
• A network dataset with historical traffic patterns for ArcGIS Network Analyst
• A locator file for geocoding and point address data
• Places and POI data with detailed attribution
• Road network attributes, including tolls, height limits, and weight restrictions
• Vector tile packages for use as basemaps

Data is available as a project-specific area cut or as a regional package. Coverage is global. For excluded countries, see Features and dataset availability by tier.

Tiers

HERE GIS Data Suite is available in three tiers: Essential, Advanced, and Premier.

• The Essential tier provides foundational mapping and geocoding datasets, including basemaps, POIs, administrative boundaries, roads, railways, water bodies, places, and addresses and places data.
• The Advanced tier adds network analysis and routing capabilities, including the network dataset, routing streets, traffic data, and conditions tables.
• The Premier tier includes all features from Essential and Advanced and supports large-scale operations, adding HOV lanes, safety cameras, preferred truck routes, and point address data.

Cellular Signals is also available as a separate add-on. It provides coverage polygons and carrier-segmented and category-segmented roadways representing mobile signal strength and coverage. For details, see the Cellular Signals section of this guide.
