Travel direction conditions table (Condition_Direction_Travel)
The Condition_Direction_Travel table stores direction of travel condition attributes whose values can vary by time or vehicle. Permanent travel direction restrictions use the TRAVEL_DIRECTION attribute on street segments instead.
