HERE GIS Data Suite is available in three tiers: Essential, Advanced, and Premier.

The Essential tier provides foundational mapping and geocoding.
The Advanced tier adds network analysis and routing capabilities.
The Premier tier includes all features from Essential and Advanced and supports large-scale operations.
