Data Client Base Library security and privacy note

This library potentially can be used to process and transfer sensitive data, for
instance:

Personal data
Financial data
Location data
Health data
other types of data

This library is stateless. It does not store any data. The data payload is
encrypted at all times when it passes this library or when it is transferred via
a network connection.
