HERE platform data processing pipelines

In general, the HERE platform supports two types of the pipelines: batch and
streaming.

For batch pipelines, the platform uses the
Apache Spark framework and hence the HERE platform
Spark connector supports batch mode only.

For streaming pipelines, the platform uses the
Apache Flink framework.
