For all HERE Platform customers, service agreements are not downloadable from the platform UI.

Your contractual terms depend on your customer tier (self-serve, named, partner, or partner customer):

However, the HERE Platform Terms always apply because all HERE accounts have a Base Plan with the same terms
Beside Base Plan, other commercial agreements are handled outside the HERE Platform Terms.

How HERE service agreements work by customer tier

### 1. Common to ALL customers

All customers using HERE Platform services are governed by the HERE Platform Terms, which are publicly available and accepted electronically by using the platform: https://legal.here.com/en/terms/here-platform

There is no contract download feature inside https://platform.here.com/portal for any tier of HERE accounts.

### 2. Self‑serve customers (credit card / online signup)

How the agreement works

Base Plan is governed by the published HERE Platform Terms
Separate signed contract (such as support plan or transactional package plan) is handled seperately
Base Plan terms are accepted electronically at signup and by platform usage
The term of Other Plans are accepted when you order the subscription

HERE support cannot email a "service agreement" because no separate document exists
The published terms are the only authoritative agreement

### 3. Named / Enterprise customers

The agreement is governed by HERE Platform Terms and/or signed commercial agreements.
All terms that apply to self‑serve customers also apply to named customers with an Enterprise Plan.

The signed commercial agreement, if there is, is not stored in HERE Platform.
But managed offline by HERE Sale or Legal, or the customer's procurement/legal teams.

### 4.1. Partner customers (direct partner agreement with HERE)

Same to named customers with the following differences:

Contact your organization’s partner admin or legal team or your HERE Partner Manager for copies of agreements

End users within the partner organization may not have access to the master agreement

### 4.2. Partner‑managed end customers (partner customer)

The agreement is governed by HERE Platform Terms and between the Partner and the customer

The agreement is NOT between HERE and the end customer directly.

To get a copy of the agreement, contact your solution partner or reseller
