Password reset email not recognized or login still fails for HERE Platform Portal

Customers experience one of the following when attempting to reset their password for the HERE Platform Portal:
"Cannot find HERE account with your email address"
The password reset email is not received
Login still fails after resetting the password
The password reset page does not contain an Organization ID field
Example error message:
"There's no account with that email address. Check to make sure it's right."

Most password reset issues occur because the password reset request is made from a different HERE product or service instead of the HERE Platform Portal.
Use the official HERE Platform Portal login page:
https://platform.here.com
Then select Forgot your password? from the portal login page and complete the password reset process there.
Step-by-Step Detail

### 1. Open the HERE Platform Portal
Navigate to:
https://platform.here.com
### 2. Start the password reset process
1. Select Forgot your password?
2. Enter your registered email address.
3. Complete the security verification.
4. Select Next.
### 3. Verify you are using the correct password reset page
The correct HERE Platform password reset page contains:
Email field
Organization ID field
Security verification field
### 4. Check for common causes
If the reset page:
Does not contain an Organization ID field
Displays different instructions than the HERE Platform Portal page
you may be using a password reset page that belongs to another HERE service (for example HERE WeGo or another HERE product).
Credentials and password reset processes are product-specific and cannot be used across different HERE services.
### 5. Retry from the Platform Portal
Return to:
https://platform.here.com
and perform the password reset again from the Platform Portal login page.
