HERE Support Assistant (Beta) – Now Available
Overview
The HERE Support Assistant is now available in beta to a limited set of customers. This capability is designed to help users quickly find answers to common questions, access relevant documentation, and improve the overall support experience.

What to Expect During Beta
As this is an early release, the Support Assistant is continuously evolving. During the beta phase:
- Functionality and responses may be refined based on usage and feedback
- Some queries may not yet be fully supported
- Performance and coverage will improve over time
Access to the beta is currently limited. Customers included in this phase will automatically have access within their support experience.
Ticket Creation via the Assistant
Users may also find it easier to create support tickets directly through the Assistant.
- The option to raise a ticket is available within the Assistant experience
- Users must first enter a question or request before the ticket creation option is presented
- The Assistant uses the initial query to help guide and streamline the ticket submission process
Providing Feedback
Feedback is critical to improving the Support Assistant.
Users are encouraged to:
- Use the thumbs up / thumbs down options provided in the chat interface to rate responses
- Submit detailed feedback by raising a support ticket for any functional issues, inaccuracies, or improvement suggestions
All feedback is reviewed and helps prioritise enhancements for future releases.
Scope of Availability
- The beta is available only to a subset of customers participating in the program
- All users within participating customer orgnaizations/realms will have access
- Availability will expand in future phases based on learnings and readiness
Next Steps
The HERE Support Assistant will continue to expand in capability and coverage as part of ongoing improvements. Customer feedback during this phase directly contributes to shaping the final experience.
