How to Grant User Access to a HERE Platform Account

OrgAdmins or OrgInviters can invite users to a HERE Platform realm. If an invitation fails or expires, the user must be re‑invited by an authorized admin.

Step‑by‑Step Details

Verify Required Role
Ensure you are an OrgAdmin or OrgInviter for the specific realm. Only users with these roles can invite others.
Access the Users Page
Go to the Users tab directly:
https://platform.here.com/access/users
Invite the User
Send an invitation to the user for the required realm.
Note: An invitation is valid only for the selected realm.If access is needed for multiple realms, a separate invite is required for each.
User Accepts the Invitation
The user must activate their account using the link in the invitation email.
“Invalid Token Used” error
This occurs if the invitation link has expired or been altered. The solution is to send a new invitation.I
* Invitation email not received.

Ask the user to check their spam/junk folder. If the email is still missing, resend the invitation or contact the realm admin.
