You may wonder why there is "overage" in the usage name, because the used API key was from an app scoped to an SDK subscription.

Using an app that is scoped to an SDK subscription for HLS will have its usage being calculated as the SDK subscription's "overage".

The "overage" is just a naming convention but does not mean the real "overage" while the free quota will be deducted when billing.
