Cannot log in to HERE Traffic Analytics even after account setup

You may experience one or more of the following when attempting to access HERE Traffic Analytics:

Unable to sign in to HERE Traffic Analytics.
Login credentials are rejected even though the email address is valid.
Password reset does not send an email.
Message indicates that the account does not exist.
Access to the Traffic Analytics portal is denied after account creation.
User can authenticate with another HERE account but cannot access Traffic Analytics.

To access HERE Traffic Analytics, you must have a HERE account created in the "here" organization realm and an active entitlement through a valid Traffic Analytics contract. If the account is not registered in the correct realm, login will fail even if the email address is valid.

Root Cause
----------

Traffic Analytics authentication requires a HERE account that belongs to the "here" Organization ID (realm). Users who created an account under a different organization or have not yet registered a HERE account in the correct realm cannot successfully authenticate. In addition, authentication alone does not grant product access. Traffic Analytics access requires the appropriate commercial entitlement associated with an active contract.

Resolution

### Step 1: Verify whether your account exists in the "here" realm

1. Open the Traffic Analytics login page:

2. Select the password reset option:
Reset Password
3. Confirm that the Organization ID is set to "here".
4. Enter your email address.

### Expected Result

If the account exists in the "here" realm:

A confirmation message is displayed.
A password reset email is sent to your inbox.

### If the Account Does Not Exist

If the system indicates that no account is available for the supplied email address, create a new HERE account in the correct realm:

1. Open the registration page:
