The HERE Global VSAM map has been upgraded to a digital format, making it easier to locate VSAM, DCA, and subregion information. The latest version is available here:

What is VSAM?
-------------

VSAM (Virtual Storage Access Method) is a collection of files that together form a HERE database. For the European region, VSAM is referred to as a DCA (Database Coverage Area).

How to Access VSAM Information
------------------------------

To find VSAM, DCA or subregion information:

1. Open the ServiceNow knowledge article: CSM External - How to Find VSAM (DCA, Subregion) Information.
2. Access the HERE Global VSAM digital map through the attached link.
3. Search for the required location, DCA, or subregion within the map to identify the corresponding VSAM information.
