Unable to Find Organization ID Field When Signing In to HERE WeGo

Symptoms
------------

Customers using HERE WeGo may report one or more of the following:

The HERE WeGo sign in page does not display an Organization ID field.
The HERE WeGo registration page does not ask for an Organization ID.
A HERE Platform username and password cannot be used to sign in to HERE WeGo.
A HERE WeGo account cannot be used to access HERE Platform services.
Customers want to delete or deactivate their HERE WeGo account and cannot find an option within the application.

Answer
----------

This behavior is expected. HERE WeGo uses the default HERE account realm and therefore does not require an Organization ID during sign in or registration. HERE WeGo accounts and HERE Platform accounts are separate account systems and cannot be used interchangeably.

Root Cause
--------------

HERE WeGo authentication is based on the default HERE realm, which does not require users to specify an Organization ID. In contrast, HERE Platform may display an Organization ID field when an organization uses one or more dedicated account realms for identity management.

Because the two services serve different purposes and use separate account structures, credentials created for HERE WeGo cannot be used to access HERE Platform, and HERE Platform credentials cannot be used to sign in to HERE WeGo unless separately registered.

Impact
----------

Users can use HERE WeGo without signing in.
Signing in to HERE WeGo enables account-specific features such as saved locations, favorites, and map contributions where available.
Customers should not expect account portability between HERE WeGo and HERE Platform.
The absence of an Organization ID field on HERE WeGo sign in and registration pages is normal and does not indicate a service issue.

2. Select Sign in / Register from the upper-right corner of the application or website.
3. Sign in with an existing HERE WeGo account or create a new HERE WeGo account.
