How to look into the HERE Map Data

HERE provides a few possibilities to look into the HERE Map:

#1 You can “Sign in” to the HERE Platform with a mail address and without adding a credit card. You will get then 1000 transactions free per day to use the Limited Plan. You will not be charged and can make some tests with a limited number of transactions per API and maximum 1000 transactions in total. Please be aware that this is only for the use of API Location Services and not for the Map data or ADAS data we provide in general.

After you have created your Platform account you will also gain access to our several demos, which can make it easier to review our Map Data.

#2 You can use the MapCreator Tool where you can give feedback to the HERE map and add or change it accordingly – this will then be examined by the HERE Validation team. You also need to create an account in order to be able to use it.

#3 Additionally, and with an account, our latest Map Style Editor allows for Data Attributes viewing by clicking on the gear icon to the bottom right and toggling on "Data Properties". Then you can select the street you would like to review to view the data.
