What Is HERE WeGo Pro?

HERE WeGo Pro is the commercial extension of the standard HERE WeGo mobile application.
Users install the standard HERE WeGo app from the public app store and then enable WeGo Pro features through an activation mechanism such as an activation link or QR code.
No separate application installation is required.

Evaluation (Trial) Process

Step 1: Contact HERE

Please contact their HERE sales representative or request a product demonstration.
The standard prospect onboarding flow is:

Receive an evaluation invitation
Download HERE WeGo
Create an account (if required)
Evaluate WeGo Pro for a limited trial period, typically 2–4 weeks

Step 2: Download HERE WeGo

Drivers or evaluators install the public HERE WeGo application from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
WeGo Pro is enabled later through activation.

Step 3: Receive Trial Access

Free evaluations are supported for a limited number of users and duration as part of the sales process.

Commercial Subscription and Contracting

Step 1: Review Quote

After a successful evaluation, HERE prepares a commercial quote based on your expected deployment volume and licensing model.
The licensing model is based on active usage.

Step 2: Accept Quote and Sign Agreement

The onboarding flow begins when you accept the quote and complete the signup process. After acceptance, HERE generates the required activation keys.

Device Activation Process

Overview

Activation is performed after the driver has installed the standard HERE WeGo application.
Activation unlocks WeGo Pro capabilities for that user or device.

Standard Activation Flow

Driver installs the standard HERE WeGo application.
You receives activation key(s) generated by HERE.
You distributes activation links or QR codes.
Driver opens the activation link on the device.
WeGo Pro features become available.
Driver configures truck parameters if applicable.

Important Notes

Activation must occur on the device where HERE WeGo is installed.
