Controlled Access
=================

Controlled Access identifies roads with restricted entry and exit points, designed to support uninterrupted, high-speed traffic flow.

Examples include motorways in Europe and interstate/freeways in the US.

Limited Access
==============

Limited Access indicates high-speed roads where access is regulated, typically via ramps or controlled connections.

These roads are often separately digitized carriageways.

Key Differences
