What are the differences between (GDF) Sub Regions: UR and U5 - Ukraine?

In order to decide whether or not to adopt the “Russian view – Crimea”, what are the differences between GDF Sub Regions: UR and U5?

We do provide two GDF products:

Ukrainian view - U1, U2, U3, U4, U6 and UR.

International view: U1,U2, U3, U4, U5, U6.

U5 - is a part of the main land territory of Ukraine.
UR - is Crimea UKR view + U5.

The formula for product is UB = U0 + UR - U5
So for actual Ukraine view + Crimea UKR view it is better to take UB product.
