HERE Metro Pillar Numbers

Overview

The Metro Pillar Numbers products provides the metro pillar names, display and routing locations.

Metro pillars are commonly used address locations based on the metro pillar number posted on the metro pillar itself.

In some countries and in specific metropolitan areas, these numbers became a landmark and are now used as address of a business or home, business cards add pillar numbers as address reference.

The Metro Pillar Numbers product is in GeoJSON format and aligned to the quarterly HERE Map.

In India, many of the pillars which are part of the elevated metro lines, are numbered. Today, these numbers are used as landmark points on business cards and as Pick Up and/or Drop Off points.
